October 14, 2018 - Jim Bernheisel Lands Top 5 Finish in World Series of Dirt at Selinsgrove Speedway
1 Both Bryan and Jim Bernheisel invaded Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) on Friday night competing in the Super Late Model ranks for the World Series of Dirt. With 16 Super Late Models on hand for the two-day event, Bryan jumped up two spots in his heat to place 2nd behind Dave Brouse Jr. Jim passed three cars in his 12-lap heat reeling in a 3rd place finish. Earning the 6th-starting position for the $4,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday night, Jim gained two spots in the 40-lap affair notching a 4th place finish behind Dylan Yoder, Gene Knaub, and Coleby Frye with Jim Yoder coming in 5th. Bryan started the feature in 3rd but debris on the track caused mechanical issues forcing him to retire early.

September 29, 2018 - Bernheisel Attends Keystone Cup at Bedford Speedway
1Friday night saw Bryan Bernheisel in action at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania) for the inaugural Keystone Cup. In a stout field of 47 cars, Bernheisel laid down the fifth fastest time in his qualifying group locking him into the 4th-starting position for his qualifying feature. September 23, 2018 - 11th Place Finish With the World of Outlaws at Selinsgrove
1With Mother Nature shifting Friday’s program to Sunday, Bryan Bernheisel was one of 35 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series entries signed in at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) on Saturday night for the Late Model National Open. Following the third fastest time in his qualifying group, Bernheisel scored a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Devin Moran positioning him 6th on the starting grid for the opening night feature. “You got to be on your game with these guys,” Bernheisel said. “I was getting more confident last year, and I actually won quite a few races last year as well, but I still would say I wasn’t near the confidence level I am right now. And honestly, I would say I’m not near where I need to be, either, but I’m getting there.”

1The following night at Outlaw Speedway (Dundee, New York), Bernheisel came in 5th in his heat race locking him into the 15th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win finale. Holding his spot for all 50-laps, Bryan posted a 15th place outing.

September 14, 2018 - Bryan Bernheisel Bags Top 5 Finish at Thunder Mountain
1On Friday evening Bryan Bernheisel was one of 17 Super Late Models signed in at Thunder Mountain Speedway (Brookville, Pennsylvania) for the $1,400 top prize. Losing one spot in his 8-lap heat, Bernheisel recorded a 3rd place finish positioning him 8th on the starting grid for the A-Main. September 7, 2018 - Bernheisel Loses Lead Late at Port Royal Speedway
1Friday night found Bryan Bernheisel in action at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania) competing in a field of 21 Super Late Models. Passing five cars in his heat, Bernheisel streaked to a heat race victory sending him into the redraw. Receiving the pole position, Bryan built a comfortable lead early until jumping the cushion after a late-race restart ending his night early.

September 2, 2018 - Bryan Gains 12 Spots in Feature at Selinsgrove Speedway
1With Mother Nature wiping out Friday’s program at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania), Bryan Bernheisel kicked off the Labor Day Weekend on Saturday evening at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania) for the Zimmer’s United Late Model Series sanctioned Butch Renninger Memorial. In a stout field of 41 cars, Bryan laid down the second fastest time overall in qualifying before placing 2nd in his heat race behind Jeff Rine. Receiving the 7th-starting position for the $4,333-to-win A-Main via the redraw, Bernheisel was battling for a Top-10 finish when another car made contact with his right-rear tire bringing an early end to his night.

1The following night at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania), Bernheisel jumped the cushion his heat race that prevented him from finishing. Starting the feature in 19th, Bryan advanced through the field 12 spots reeling in a 7th place finish.

August 25, 2018 - Bryan and Jim Record a Pair of Top 5 Finishes; Bryan Captures Selinsgrove Speedway Track Championship
1 On Saturday night both Bryan and Jim Bernheisel were in action at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) for the Route 35 Challenge Series sanctioned program. Passing four cars in his heat, Bryan scored a 2nd place finish locking him into the pole position for the feature. Jim held his spot for the entire distance of his heat to place 3rd. August 18, 2018 - Bernheisel Walks Away From Rollover at Port Royal Unharmed
1After Mother Nature wiped out Friday’s program at Williams Grove Speedway (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania), Bryan Bernheisel traveled to Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania) on Saturday night competing in a field of 36 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series entries. Following the sixth fastest time in his qualifying group, Bryan landed a 3rd place finish in his heat locking him into the 11th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. August 11, 2018 - Bryan Bernheisel Salvages 7th Place Finish at Selinsgrove
1Saturday night saw both Bryan and Jim Bernheisel in action at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) with Jim competing in the Open Wheel Modified ranks and Bryan in his Super Late Model. In a field of 26 Route 35 Challenge Series entries, Bryan locked his spot into the A-Main with a heat race victory. Receiving the 3rd-starting position after the redraw, Bernheisel was running in 2nd when he got spun out by another car on lap-13. Joining the field from the tail, Bryan Bernheisel battled back to place 7th.

August 5, 2018 - Bernheisel Lands Runner-up Finish at Selinsgrove Speedway
1 Powering the Bernheisel Race Components #119B Super Late Model, Bryan Bernheisel invaded Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) on Saturday for the regular night of racing. Passing four cars in his heat, Bryan scored a 2nd place finish behind Rance Garlock earning him the 8th-starting spot for the A-Main. Breaking into the Top-5, Bernheisel gained six spots to place 2nd behind Garlock with Brett Schadel, Randy Christine, and Ken Trevitz completing the Top-5 finishers.

1On Saturday night Bernheisel Racing traveled to Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) with Bryan and Alan Sagi in action for the Sagi Memorial. After gaining six positions in his heat to place 3rd, Bryan fell short of a Top 10 finish in the feature with a 17th place outing. Alan followed up a 10th place finish in his heat with a 6th place finish in his B-Main. Starting the feature in 24th, Sagi was an early retiree from the feature.

July 18, 2018 - Top 5 Finish at Bridgeport Speedway
1Wednesday night found Bryan Bernheisel in action at Bridgeport Speedway (Bridgeport, New Jersey) for the unsanctioned Three for All. In a field of 14 cars, Bernheisel locked his spot into the $3,000-to-win A-Main with a 2nd place finish in his heat. July 14, 2018 - Bryan Bernheisel Back in Victory Lane at Selinsgrove Speedway
1On Friday evening Bryan Bernheisel invaded Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania) for the 82nd annual Billy Winn Classic. With 39 Super Late Models registered in for action, Bernheisel followed up the sixth fastest time overall in qualifying with a 4th place finish in his heat. Earning the 16th-starting position for the $8,200-to-win A-Main, Bryan gained four spots in the 50-lapper to place 12th.

1The following night at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) with both Bryan and Jim in action, Bryan locked his spot into the A-Main with a heat race win from the 4th-starting spot. Starting the feature in 8th, Bernheisel blasted into the lead on the high-side on lap-10 and held the top spot for the remaining 15 circuits to capture his sixth win of the season. Brett Schadel, Ken Trevitz, Meade Hahn, and Randy Christine completed the Top-5 finishers in the 25-lap affair.

"The track was really slick tonight and you could race all over it. We got off a little there a month ago here. Brandon went back to the basics the night we got 3rd here and just some little tweaks and it’s been awesome"

During the same night, Jim Bernheisel improved one spot in his heat to place 4th. Earning the 6th-starting position for the A-Main, Jim held his spot for all 25-laps notching a 6th place finish.

July 7, 2018 - Bernheisel Scores Fifth Win of the Season at Selinsgrove
1Bryan Bernheisel soared to his fifth feature win of the year on Tuesday night during the annual Selinsgrove Ford Firecracker 30 at Selinsgrove Speedway. The win came aboard his Dieffenbach’s Kettle Chips #119 Russ Gibble Roofing & Siding/ Lazer Chassis Super Late Model.

“We hit the ground running on Tuesday night with a heat race win, and then were able to take advantage of (Jeff) Rine’s bad luck late in the race to get the feature win,” Bernheisel said. “It was a real good night for us, and now we look forward to heading to Williams Grove Speedway this Friday for the Mason Dixon Shootout. Not only is that one of my favorite tracks, but the event features Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips Night. Those guys are an awesome supporter of not only my program, but the racing world in general. I’m really looking forward to it.”

A rare Tuesday night event was held at the historic Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) as the Selinsgrove Ford Firecracker 30 took center stage. Bryan started the night by winning his heat race to earn the pole position for the feature, where he was joined on the front row by Jeff Rine.

Rine jumped to the lead at the drop of the green flag and held the top spot over Bernheisel, until lap 24 when Rine slowed with a flat tire. Bernheisel inherited the lead and held off Dylan Yoder in the closing laps to claim the $3,000 victory.

Gene Knaub, Brett Schadel and Shaun Jones completed the Top-5 finishers.

1On Friday night Bernheisel returned to action at Williams Grove Speedway (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) competing in the 358 Steel Head Late Model ranks. In a field of 24 cars, Bryan jumped up one spot in his heat to pick up the win. Receiving the 7th-starting position for the A-Main after the redraw, Bryan Bernheisel salvaged an 8th place finish after dropping back early while trying to make high-side a factor.

1The following night at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania) for the Route 35 Challenge Series sanctioned contest, Bryan passed two cars in his heat race to place 5th. Earning the 12th-starting position for the A-Main based off passing points, Bernheisel had worked his way into the Top-5 until a broken fuel pump drive on lap-20 ended his night immediately.

June 30, 2018 - Two Podium Finishes in Local Racing for Bernheisel
1Friday night brought Bryan Bernheisel to Clinton County Motor Speedway (Mill Hall, Pennsylvania) competing in a field of 24 Super Late Models. Passing four cars in his heat, Bernheisel streaked to a heat race victory locking his spot into the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Receiving the 2nd-starting position after the redraw, Bryan jumped out to an early lead but faded in the final laps to place 3rd behind Dylan Yoder and Coleby Frye with Jim Yoder and Matt Cochran completing the Top-5 finishers.

1The following night at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania), Bryan gained two spots in his heat to place 2nd. Rolling off 10th for the feature, Bernheisel advanced through the field seven positions reeling in a 3rd place finish behind Coleby Frye and Hayes Mattern with Brett Schadel and Jim Yoder rounding out the Top-5.

June 16, 2018 - Pair of Top 5 Finishes for Bryan in Weekly Racing
1Powering the Kettle Potato Chips #119 Super Late Model, Bryan Bernheisel invaded Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania) on Friday evening competing in a field of 14 cars. Jumping up one spot in his heat, Bernheisel captured a heat race victory positioning him 6th on the starting grid for the feature. Wheeling his way into a podium spot, Bryan gained four positions to place 2nd behind Matt Sponaugle with Jeff Rine, Chuck Clise, Allen Brannon, and Wayne Johnson completing the Top-5 finishers.

1On Saturday night at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) in a field of 24 cars, Bernheisel locked his spot into the show with a heat race win. June 9, 2018 - Top 5 Finish With Ultimate Northeast Series at Selinsgrove

June 2, 2018 - Bernheisel Captures Make-up Feature Win at Selinsgrove; 4th Place Finish in 358 Steel Head
1After Mother Nature wiped out Friday’s opener at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania), Bryan Bernheisel visited Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) on Saturday for a make-up feature from May 5th along with a regular night of racing in the 358 Steel Head division. 1Receiving the 3rd-starting position for his heat race, Bryan held his spot to place 3rd. Rolling off 9th for the feature, Bernheisel passed five cars in the 20-lap affair to place 4th behind George Dixon Jr., Derick Garman, and Steve Campbell with Todd Snook coming in 5th.

"We were really good in the first feature maybe a little tight. In the heat we just didn't adjust enough for the conditions. For the feature we had a great car. My brother got it dialed in there. The track rubbered pretty good on the bottom. I was running outside the rubber picking my spots as best I could. All in all a good night"

May 26, 2018 - Bryan Bernheisel Wins Late-Race Thriller at Selinsgrove Speedway
1Friday night found Bryan Bernheisel in action at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania) for the Johnny Grum and Turk Burket Memorial. In a field of 29 cars, Bernheisel gained two positions in his heat race to place 6th. Earning the 13th-starting position for the $3,000-to-win A-Main, Bryan improved three spots in the 35-lap affair reeling in a 10th place finish.

1The following night with Bryan and Jim in action at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania), Jim passed three cars in his heat race reeling in a 3rd place finish. Bryan started the night off with a heat race win earning him the pole position for the feature. After jumping out to a comfortable lead in first 18 circuits, Gene Knaub overtook Bernheisel for the top spot for the next couple of laps. Battling for the lead in the final five circuits, Bryan Bernheisel passed Knaub on the final lap en route to his third win of the season. May 12, 2018 - Flat Tire Ends Bernheisel's Night at Winchester Speedway
1After Mother Nature wiped out his original plans, Bryan Bernheisel traveled to Winchester Speedway (Winchester, Virginia) on Saturday evening for the Red Nininger Memorial. With 32 Super Late Models on hand, Bryan jumped up two spots in his heat race recording a 3rd place finish. Earning the 8th-starting position for the $3,000-to-win A-Main, Bernheisel was running in 7th when another competitor smashed against the left side of his car flattening his left-rear tire.

April 28, 2018 - Bryan Bernheisel Beats Dad to Bag Second Win of the Season at Selinsgrove Speedway
1On Saturday evening Bryan and Jim Bernheisel visited Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) for the regular night of racing. In a field of 18 Super Late Models, both Bryan and Jim locked their spot into the main event with heat race victories. Receiving the front-row starting spots after the invert, Jim ran 2nd behind Bryan the majority of the race until fading late to place 3rd. Bryan jumped into the lead early and led all 25-laps en route to his second win of the season. Gene Knaub, Jim, Hayes Matten, and Brett Schadel completed the Top-5 finishers.

April 22, 2018 - Bernheisel Competes With Lucas Oil Series at Hagerstown and Port Royal
1Bryan Bernheisel returned to Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) on Friday evening for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Stanley Schetrompf Classic. Improving three spots in his heat, Bernheisel landed a 6th place finish transferring him into the B-Main. Needing to place in the Top-3 to make the opening night feature, Bryan scored a 3rd place finish positioning him 17th on the starting grid for the A-Main. With $10,000 on the line, Bryan Bernheisel improved four spots in the 50-lap affair to place 17th.

Saturday night brought Bernheisel to Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pennsylvania) for another $10,000-to-win A-Main. Following a 7th place finish in his 10-lap heat, Bryan logged a 12th place outing in his B-Main bringing an early end to his weekend.

April 14, 2018 - Bryan Bags First Win of the Season at Hagerstown Speedway
1Friday night found Bryan Bernheisel in action at Potomac Speedway (Budds Creek, Maryland) for the $2,522-to-win A-Main. In a field of 16 Super Late Models, Bernheisel laid down the fifth fastest time in qualifying before placing 3rd in his heat race. Earning the 5th-starting position for the main event, Bernheisel got caught behind a wreck early on dropping him to the tail. Battling his way up to 7th in the final laps, Bryan was making his way into the Top-5 until he was taken out by another competitor. He salvaged a 10th place outing when the checkered flag flew.

1The following night Bernheisel made the last second decision to stop at Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) to prepare for the upcoming Lucas Oil Late Model Series event. March 31, 2018 - 12th Place Finish in Season Opener at Hagerstown
1After Mother Nature wiped out his first five races to begin the 2018 season, Bryan Bernheisel visited Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) on Saturday evening for the ULTIMATE Northeast Series sanctioned opener. With 31 Super Late Models on hand, Bernheisel slipped back to the 12th fastest time in qualifying after experiencing brake issues. Passing two cars in his heat race, Bryan landed a 4th place finish positioning him 15th on the starting grid for the main event. With $4,000 on the line, Bryan Bernheisel worked his way up to 12th by lap-10 but failed to improve after the track saw very limited passing.

November 8, 2017 - Bryan Bernheisel Wraps Up 2017 Season With Eight Wins
The 2017 season saw Bryan Bernheisel attend a total of events while Jim Bernheisel competed in four shows. After losing ten of their scheduled dates to Mother Nature, Bryan collected eight wins, 28 Top-10 outings, and 16 Top-5 finishes. Jim recorded four Top-5 finishes in his four completed events.

October 14, 2017 - Bryan Attends Clash at the County at Clinton County

Bryan Bernheisel headed to Clinton County Motor Speedway (Mill Hall, Pennsylvania) on Saturday night for the Clash at the County. With 51 Super Late Models signed in for the unsanctioned event, Bernheisel started the night off with a heat race victory sending him into the redraw. Receiving the 9th-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Bryan was challenging for a Top 5 spot until another competitor squeezed him into the wall ending his night immediately.

October 7, 2017 - Bryan Outruns Dad at Williams Grove Speedway

On Friday evening both Bryan and Jim Bernheisel were in action at Williams Grove Speedway (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) competing in a field of 18 Super Late Models. Rolling off 5th in his heat, Jim landed a 2nd place finish while Bryan came from 5th-to-2nd in his heat. Receiving the 2nd-starting position for the feature after the redraw, Bryan outran his dad in the 25-lapper to capture his eighth win of the season over Jim, Gene Knaub, Tyler Horst, and Matt Nailor.

1The following night saw Bryan travel Susquehanna Speedway (Newberrytown, Pennsylvania) running in the 358 Steelhead Late Model ranks. Passing four cars in his heat, Bernheisel landed a 2nd place finish positioning him 8th on the starting grid for the A-Main. Breaking into the Top 5, Bryan improved four spots in the 20-lapper to place 4th behind Charles Potts, Dan Zechman, and Randy Christine Jr. with Brian Shuey coming in 5th.

September 23, 2017 - Pair of Podium Finishes at Winchester Speedway

31 cars checked in to Winchester. We went out early for time trials which wasn't good because the track got quicker. Bryan still timed in 12th quick. After rolling off 3rd, he advanced to 2nd in the heat. He will roll off 8th in tomorrow's 30 lap feature.

In the feature Saturday at Winchester Bryan would put on a show. From his 8th starting spot he methodically worked his way to 2nd with only one caution. As the laps wound down he would begin to track down the leader, drawing within 2 car lengths as the white flag was waved. A last effort in turns 3 and 4 would come up just short and Bryan would settle for a solid 2nd place finish. Bryan remarked after the race that qualifying the night before was the difference between winning and second.

20 modifieds were in attendance at Winchester. Jim set 3rd quick time and finish 2nd in his heat. Rolling of 3rd in the feature Jim quickly made his way to 2nd. On a late restart he took a shot at the lead only to slip up just a little. He would settle for a solid 3rd place in only his 3rd start of the season.

We will be taking this weekend off. Both Bryan and Jim will be racing super late models at Williams Grove the following weekend for the run what you brung. We also plan for Bryan to race the run what you brung at Dog Hollow.

September 16, 2017 - Bryan Bernheisel Bags Two-Win Weekend
1Friday night found Bryan Bernheisel in action at Path Valley Speedway (Spring Run, Pennsylvania) competing in a field of 13 Steel Block Late Models. After getting in a wreck on the opening lap of his heat race, Bernheisel rallied from the tail of the field to place 3rd. Earning the 2nd-starting position for the feature after the redraw, Bryan took over the lead on the second lap and held off the field in the remaining 18 circuits to capture sixth win of the season over Robbie Emory, Ryan Walls, Bob Dunn, and Brad McGinnis.

1The following night brought Bernheisel to Lincoln Speedway (Abbottstown, Pennsylvania) where he started the night off with a heat race victory from the 5th-starting position. Receiving the pole position for the feature, Bryan jumped in the lead on the opening lap and led from flag-to-flag registering his seventh win of the season. August 28, 2017 - Bernheisel Racing Launches New Website
1Jonestown, Pennsylvania-based Bernheisel Racing is the latest addition to the MSR Mafia team and has launched a brand-new website at www.BryanBernheisel.com.

The team fields Super Late Model and Steel Head Late Model entries for 31-year-old Bryan Bernheisel.

The family's patriarch Jimmy Bernheisel also occassionally pilots Super Late Models and Modifieds for the team.

Thus far into the season, Bryan has accumulated five feature victories.

The upcoming Labor Day weekend - September 1-3 - will see Bryan competing in a tripleheader of action. Action opens on Friday at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pennsylvania) before moving to Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Maryland) on Saturday. The weekend will draw to a close with a World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series event on Sunday evening at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania).
