Bernheisel hangs on to 11th place finish at Port Royal Speedway

Saturday afternoon saw Bryan Bernheisel return to Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) competing in a stout field of 32 Late Models. Following the eighth fastest lap overall in time trials, Bernheisel captured an 8-lap heat race victory, which positioned him second on the starting grid for the main event. With $3,000 on the line, Bryan set the pace for the first two circuits until Gregg Satterlee snuck by. Falling one spot shy of a Top-10 finish in the remaining distance, Bernheisel recorded an 11th place outing.
