Bernheisel competes with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Hagerstown
Following the cancellation of Friday’s scheduled event at Bedford (PA) Speedway due to inclement weather, Bryan Bernheisel made a lone appearance over the weekend in Saturday’s Conococheague 50 at Hagerstown (MD) Speedway, sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS).
Competing against a competitive 31-car field, Bernheisel slipped two positions in his heat race to finish sixth, relegating him to a B-Main. With only the top three finishers transferring to the evening’s $25,000-to-win A-Main, Bernheisel ultimately recorded a sixth-place finish in the consolation event, bringing his night to an early conclusion.
